為進一步加強國家計量科學數據中心的管理，深化落實計量科學數據和計量數字化轉型在支撐國家經濟社會發展的重要舉措，總結部署年度工作任務，更好地促進計量科學數據及計量數字化領域高水平的學術交流，數據中心計劃于2024年10月20-23日，在湖北省恩施市召開國家計量科學數據中心2024年度工作會暨“計量與數字化”學術會議。會議有關事項如下：
一、會議內容
總結數據中心2023、2024年工作，部署2025年重點工作任務，圍繞計量科學數據服務進行專題研討，同步召開的“計量與數字化”學術會議，以學術征文為主。
二、參會人員
國家科技基礎條件平臺中心領導、國家市場監督管理總局相關司局領導、中國計量科學研究院領導及科管部工作人員、中心參建單位分管工作院領導和工作人員，相關領域科研人員。
三、會議時間
2024年10月20-23日（20日報到）

五、學術征文事項
（一）學術征文范圍
“計量與數字化”相關的研究均可投稿（為適合在SCI期刊《Electronics》發表，論文建議采用英文，模板采用 electronics-template），包括但不限于如下主題：
1. Metrology digitalization research
1) digital representations of physical quantities and units of measurement，such as D-SI
2) digital representations of measurement error, uncertainty and models, such as D-VIM、D-GUM
3) computations with physical quantities
4) information retrieval and knowledge representations (semantics, ontologies, etc.)
5) digital representation of metrological traceability
6) digitalization in legal metrology and the quality infrastructures
7) digital calibration, testing, and inspection certificates, such as DCC
2. Data metrology research
1) standard reference data
2) application of FAIR principles to measurement data (metadata, data quality, etc.) and the role of metrology for FAIR data
3) data quality
4) metrological traceability in, digital models and digital twins
3. Fundamental research of security for data and DT
1) Credible technology, Such as time stamp、spatial stamping 、CA.
2) Security technology, Such as high security digital signature and encryption
4. Metrology digitalization application
1) metrology for the quality assessment and validation of algorithms and software
2) principles and technologies for remote monitoring and remote calibration
3) digital infrastructures and technologies for interlaboratory comparisons and proficiency testing
4) decision making in autonomous digital measurement systems, such as computer vision(CV)
5)infrastructures for and application of machine learning 、 artificial intelligence(AI)、brain science、autonomous driving.
6)metrology for industry 、additive manufacturing
7)digital sensor networks and systems metrology
8)network communication metrology, such as 5G
9)augmented and virtual reality(AR,VR) in metrological applications
10)metrological traceability in the Internet of Things
（二）學術論文發表
1.投稿者可在學術會議現場采用poster方式展示學術論文（不需要審稿）。 poster規格：1米×1.2米,自行制作，現場提供粘貼面板。
2.經組委會審稿通過的論文在NMDC官網（計量科學數據社區，ScienceDB·Metrology）發表。
3.NMDC官網發表的論文，擇優發表在SCI期刊 《Electronics》（SCI三區，IF：2.9）。
六、其他事項
（一）為便于預定酒店，請于2024年9月20日前報名。
（二）與會人員城際間交通費和住宿費自理。
